Application & Intended Use
The Proflow Dynamics blower range is designed for continuous airflow applications including:
Commercial bouncy castles, Inflatables for hire businesses, Moonwalk domes, balloon houses, and air structures & Indoor and outdoor inflatable attractions
These blowers are not suitable for high-pressure applications or use without an inflatable connected and will easily help you achieve the required 1kpa pressure in most en14960 compliant inflatable sin the UK & EU. Always read the inflatables user manual and check its pressure requirements before connecting this product.
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Use Inspection
- Check the blower for damage before each use.
- Confirm all screws and fasteners are secure.
- Ensure the blower is clean and free from obstructions.
2. Setup & Use
- Place the blower on a flat, stable surface.
- Attach the inflation tube securely using appropriate straps or clamps.
- Plug into a GFCI-protected outlet using a suitable outdoor-rated extension cable if required.
- Switch blower to the ON position.
3. Power Requirements
- UK Standard 240V mains
- Ensure the power supply exceeds the blower's power rating:
- Proflow 1.5HP: ~1100W
- Proflow Max 2HP: ~1500W
- Proflow Max Ultra 3HP: ~2000W
4. Backpressure Warning
- This blower requires constant back pressure.
- NEVER run the blower without it being attached to an inflatable.
- Doing so may cause irreparable motor damage.
Safety Guidance
- Keep children and untrained users away during operation.
- Do not use near standing water, flammable vapours, or dusty environments.
- Always unplug before cleaning or maintenance.
- Avoid any contact with moving parts while the blower is operating.

Troubleshooting Guide
- Blower does not turn on - Check plug, GFCI breaker, and power source. Reset if needed.
- Turns on then shuts off - Clear all inlet/outlet obstructions. Contact support if recurring.
- Excessive vibration - Inspect for bent fan blade or shaft. Clean any buildup.
- Scraping or rattling noises - Blower housing may be dented or warped. Contact support.
- Motor humming, no spin- Loose or faulty fan blade. Tighten motor shaft screw or contact us.
3-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Your Proflow Dynamics blower is backed by a 3-year limited warranty covering Manufacturing defects & Motor issues not caused by misuse. Everything else is covered by a 1 year warranty. If you believe your unit is faulty, contact your place of purchase or email info@proflowdynamics with your serial number and invoice.
Environment & Disposal
At the end of its service life, dispose of the blower in accordance with local WEEE regulations.
Do not dispose of with general waste.
